As for the T-Cats, like I said, the 3.75" versions won't be the classic characters we all know and love from the 80s cartoon series. Oh well, as long as they are producing the brand in that size, we can hope... ;)SirDragonBanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09061860978530022895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-874789746848317241.post-14937590912923207262011-03-15T22:25:34.267+08:002011-03-15T22:25:34.267+08:00ThunderCats and Jason Vorhees are already in the f...ThunderCats and Jason Vorhees are already in the four inch scale.Soundwave129https://www.blogger.com/profile/01597606720487944529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-874789746848317241.post-53501876782832735622011-03-14T18:16:16.510+08:002011-03-14T18:16:16.510+08:00The part that bums me out the most about the Thund...The part that bums me out the most about the Thundercat 3.75" series-to-come is exactly what you said--they're gonna be based on the new series! Nooooooo......

And what you said re-opens the debate between 6" vs 3.75". I should go find out why and how companies decide to make certain brands in certain scales.

The TF idea is interesting in the least. But I'd actually be happy if they just produced stuff in scale with each other, rather than have friggin' deluxe fighter jets look undersized next to deluxe cars, to say nothing about the size of the robots themselves when they transform.SirDragonBanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09061860978530022895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-874789746848317241.post-22562275468362315542011-03-14T12:16:31.649+08:002011-03-14T12:16:31.649+08:00It might be because I don't especially like th...It might be because I don't especially like the 3.75" scale -- okay, it's MOSTLY because I don't like that scale -- but I'm not particularly clamoring to see any of these lines released in it! Transformers would admittedly be cool... but that'd require them to be (much) bigger than they are now, which would mean they'd take up more space and be even MORE expensive (and save sales and holiday prices, TFs ain't cheap at all). I'd probably pick up a few 3.75" Spawn and Buffy figures, but I don't NEED them -- and in the latter case, I'd much rather see the 6" line resumed with improved articulation. I feel the same way about TMNT, particularly since Turtles Forever legitimized crossovers between the various TMNT lines and even acknowledged the size differences, since vintage TMNTs ARE noticeably smaller than the 2K3 figures. And the only reason I'd want to see a 3.75" Firefly line is so I could pop River Tam's head onto a female G.I. Joe body (maybe a repainted Helix) and call her Cameron.

Oh, and we ARE getting 3.75" Thundercats figures, so rejoice! They'll be based on the new series, but still.Weshttp://www.scary-crayon.com/noreply@blogger.com
